When the mobile / cell phone battery is not anchored on the label inside the phone and battery color White or red?

My phone is not properly workng and I realized that the small label that identifies the hoe if the phone has been touched by the water is red. I do not remember if the label is supposed to be red and white tower of a vice-versa. The thing is that I have this phone a week and not go near the water ONCE. Ideas?
