Enter the world of 19th century London, on the basis of history's most famous series Penny Terrible moment. The story of Sweeney Todd has been said several times in different forms and is transformed into a film in 1930, a ballet in the 1950s and even a musical comedy in the 1970s. His latest incarnation is the film 2007 musical Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street with Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter.
In Sweeney Todd Penny Terrible game, you start helping the police in one case missing persons, helping young Miss Johanna found her missing boyfriend Mark. The case soon takes a sinister turn and becomes entangled in a web of murder and treason the country (and some tasty cakes.) Your task is to solve the case and arrest the culprits Disappearances (no surprises for those who are …), with Johanna and her boyfriend.
The gameplay in Sweeney Todd is primarily a style point and click adventure, with many scenes of hidden items and puzzles thrown in. Mini and a nod to musical comedy and the film is based on the different chapters of the game are separated by scenes involving people sing their stories. It's a refreshing change compared with the type of games where the elements are that the story told or you subtitled.
When the game begins, you can choose two types of playing styles. The atmosphere, graphics and band sound in the game is a great package that illustrates perfectly the world of 19th century London and highlights the grain and Sweeney Todd suspense surrounding the case. No need to be a fan of history (or Johnny Depp) to be completely absorbed in this story thriller that unfolds chapter by chapter, with surprises around every corner.
Sweeney Penny Todd Terrible production values that are much better than other hidden object games. The game also offers average greatest challenge will keep you busy and absorbed by hours!
