Lunch is an important food for low carbers. But who has time to cook?
Instead of cooking lunch, a good solution is to cook more food the day before, when cooking dinner. If you have the ribs or chicken for dinner, take a little longer if you can have for lunch the next day. It does take time and with the convenience of a microwave food is ready quickly. In fact, ribs and chicken can be so cold.
Another good idea is to more cooking in the days when you have more time. You can take a day and prepare certain foods that give you good food for all week.
Chicken
Buy a whole chicken, clean it and boil. You use it to make chicken salad to put in pepper or tomato. You can also cut the chicken in the deli-style lunch. wrap in a piece of romaine lettuce with mayonnaise. Yummy.
If you want a little smarter than can be wrapped around Swiss cheese, ham, then wrap slices chicken in ham and cook in the microwave. It's a big blue bow low in carbohydrates. Want to eat with royalty.
You can also buy packs of legs and wings and fried chicken without breading. The skin is crispy and tasty. This makes a great grab and go snacks and meals.
Ham
Boil a ham and cut. It will be good for making ham and cheese roll-ups. You can also dice some ham omelet in the morning or ham salad that you can build in pork rinds.
Ox
In a roast and cook in large oven. the deli style look. Wrap the meat around the cheese for a quick lunch and easy.
For a real treat these cuts on top of roast beef with sauteed peppers before, onions and mushrooms and sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Heat in the microwave until cheese is melted. Tummy will be so happy when you eat meat in these tasty low carb cheese of Philadelphia.
You can get canned meat and boil. You can corned beef and cabbage for dinner one night and cut the rest good Deli style lunches the rest of the week. Top slices of Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and some low-carb Thousand Island and has a great Reuben sandwich low in carbohydrates. (Ketchup mixed regime in a dill mayonnaise with some low-carb delight is a good Low Carb Thousand Island).
Seafood
Get practical boxes or bags of tuna. Add a little mayonnaise tuna with dill sauce some low-carb and other things in the middle of a pepper or half a tomato. Split the tomatoes in quarters if it falls open and easily fits tuna. Try the salmon, too.
Add a little mayonnaise and some chopped celery shrimp or canned crab meat (check for the count carbohydrates – for some reason big companies seem to think we want sugar in our products from the sea). Take half of the seed of a lawyer and other things salad shrimp or crab in the wreckage. Delicious!
Faster alternative
The use of minimally processed foods. They have chemicals it is not necessary. Do not let the crazy deli counter. Most people are treated, and too many sugars they contain get the carb count. It is best to boil or grilling your own meat and poultry.
But if you're real hurry, an occasional visit to the grocery store will not hurt. You can buy sausages and wrap the slices of cheese for a very satisfying lunch without having to cook.
Even less desirable are the canned meat and packaged meats and sausages. This is useful when you know where you can not get any food so low in other carbohydrates. You can keep a couple of cans of Vienna sausage in her car or office for these situations.
Summary
The ideas presented here can be done in a couple of hours in total and provide very fast and even lunch dinner during the week. The day you make the main kitchen, you want to cut the vegetables that you might need for the week and clean the lettuce to be ready of.
