Credit Card – A plastic money
Credit cards are the money of the new world. This is the most popular form of money in the world today. A credit card is part of a system name of the plastic card payment issued to users of the system. This card entitles the holder to buy goods and services based on owner's promise to pay for those goods and services. The transmitter attaches card credit line by the user from which the user can borrow money for payment to a merchant or a cash advance for the user. In the credit card is a simple plastic-term money issued by a bank authorizing payment for purchases. Interest is charged on the unpaid balance.
A credit card is different from a credit card, where a credit card requires that the outstanding balance in full each month. By contrast, credit cards allow consumers to "convert" the balance, at the cost of interest to apply. Most credit cards are issued by local banks or credit unions and shape and size specified in ISO / IEC 7810 ID-1.
Credit Card System
Credit cards are issued after an account has been approved by the credit provider, after which the holders card can be used to make purchases at merchants accepting card. When a purchase is made, the user of the credit card agrees to pay the issuing company. The holder the map shows the willingness to pay by signing a receipt with a registration card and indicate the amount to be paid or by entering a PIN.
verification systems Electronic allow merchants to verify that the card is valid and the credit card customer has sufficient credit to cover the purchase of a few seconds allowing verification to happen at the time of purchase. The verification is done through a credit card payment terminal or point of sale (POS) with a communications link acquirer to the merchant's bank. The card data is obtained from a magnetic stripe or chip on the card, the latter system is in the United Kingdom and Ireland called Chip and PIN, but it is technically an EMV card.
