How can I hide the marks on my wrists left by bondage gear?
I’ve recently started experimenting (with a very experienced partner) with various aspects of bdsm. Although I’ve enjoyed the experiences so far, I’m struggling to hide the marks. I can hide the stuff on my legs and torso, but I the marks on my wrists (usually caused by truck-ties, rope, or pvc bondage tape) show for 24+ hours. Does anyone have any tips about hiding wrist marks? I’ve been wearing large bracelets, but they don’t hide the marks very well and I look kind of silly with massive bracelets on both arms. Thanks!
Wearing a sweater/long sleeves would be a great idea if I didn’t live in CA and it wasn’t 80* everyday.
I know the problem, but I lived in NY all my life, so hiding it with long sleeves and dresses is easy. I guess it’s the price of fun?
We use almost exclusively rope. Using rope of larger diameter (4 or 5/16″) and more wraps reduces the problems and makes rope marks disappear within a few hours. Showering with hot water seems to help some too.
So one only need to do a little planning.
