How to pick up coins using a robot?
For our school project we have to figure out how to pick up different coins using a robot. I can’t figure out how that’s supposed to work, because the coins always slide out of the robot’s claw. Help?
If the coins are small and light enough, why not use a Roomba robotic sweeper?
If the coins are heavier, consider using a roller mechanism coated with an adhesive to pick up the coin, and use a fixed/stationary wedge/blade inside the robot to scrape the coins off the roller.
