Why doesn’t anyone replace the toilet paper on the roll holder in a public restroom?
If there’s some available, I do.
If not I ask for some or go to another restroom.
Most people are lazy or afraid to get their hands dirty. Getting their hands dirty doesn’t make sense though because they should wash their hands anyway.
But some are too lazy to do that too.
