Help cosplay again = O?
For the next convention will be in Arlington, Virginia, on October 10 to 12, 2008. (Who = O) (http://www.animecons.com/events/info.shtml/1469) Help me find my outfit for that day or where I can find stores that may have. I'll be in cosplay Ryomou Shimei this set: http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o52/Naruto_luver160/1_7ryomoshimeinurseblack.jpg or you can give me an anime character that I can cosplay =]. By the way, I can not do anything online, which really sucks DX, so I need names of stores such as Hot Topic, etc that is near or in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia or (haha -_-).
