Sailor Moon Doujinshi translation?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a person or group that helps translate doujinshi into english? I can provide the scans and touch-ups, just need someone who knows the language.

I am not sure if they would help,but since you seem to want to help with the process as well,they might be more willing.
Keep in mind that these groups specialize in yuri doujin/manga,and that a couple of them only do RukaMichi/UraNept,when it comes to Sailor Moon.
