trademark or copyright infringement?
My friend is orders Bethany and sells through its online store ebay soon. She made some Hello Kitty and sold things. I said I could get in trouble for the company Sanrio, but she said she had communicated with them and would not until it has begun big business with it. Is this true? You can not get in trouble for selling handmade items, even if Hello Kitty is a building made by Sanrio?
They must give their written consent. The story seems unlikely.
