Increased number of visitors red Wed attract the attention of property investors
Economic uncertainty in the last twelve months has been a considerable impact on the overseas property market, many investors have fled the fall in prices faced by traditional real estate investment markets in southern and eastern Europe. A little later, however, around the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea, a new real estate market was emerging and highly effective.
Not long ago, along the Red Sea has developed some good, and more resorts and modern image of the traditional fishing villages of Egypt. Today, however, demand of the Red Sea, the property is higher than ever, and a growing number of high quality and that evolution can find everything in the most popular resort areas.
The new housing market is very dynamic between the popular resort of Sharm el-Sheikh at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, to along the coast of Egypt to the stations south of Marsa Alam and Berenice. In this region, a number of popular resorts have emerged in recent years and Today's destinations, such as Hurghada, El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh and Marsa Alam has become one of the most popular destinations for major European travel industry combined.
Central to this increased demand for goods in the Red Sea, are the areas of industry Tourist great success, currently focused around the popular resorts of Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada, but steadily integrating stations far away as El Quseir and Marsa Alam. The top of the existing destinations, new resorts have also been developed over the region, and destinations like Sahl Hasheesh and El Gouna are now among the priorities of the institution investors.
About 75% of visitors to the Red Sea region of the main European markets travel in the United Kingdom, Germany and France, although recent years have seen an increasing number of visitors to the rapidly expanding market Russian tourism. The growing number of visitors to the region, attracted by the excellent water sports, Cheap Flights, year-round sunshine and low cost of living have made the Red Sea one of the worlds tourist destinations in 2009. This trend shows no signs deviation today, especially given the higher cost of tourist destinations through the traditional euro area as Spain, Italy and France.
Despite recent economic uncertainty, there was a steady increase in demand for goods from the Red Sea, especially radio stations in the latest Hurghada , El Gouna and Marsa Alam. With the years of research in the development of a record number of visitors to the region seems likely to increase demand for goods in future years.
