Film Dr. Seuss' Cat in the Hat "worse" or "How the Grinch Stole Christmas"?

OK, TBS has shown "The Cat in the Hat Mike Myers. Now I love Dr. Seuss and all his stories, but which is worse. In terms of quality Jim Carrey (Grinch) vs. Mike Myers (Cat in the hat)? This story has been added to expand the book? Sale of Hollywood that killed a classic story of children? I think Jack was the worst, but The Grinch was not too far. What do you think?

I liked both films, but Cat in the Hat was the best of both, in my opinion. In fact, I went out and bought a copy of cat in the hat and see the hilarious scenes, like when Alec Baldwin is covered in this thin purple. That cracks me every time. Oh, I made a rhyme! lol
