How do I get my puppy to stop biting me, my clothes, my shoes, etc?

It is a black Labrador and 11 weeks tomorrow, Read books e-mail and surf the web. Everyone has a different idea. But I realized I did not think I'm the leader of the pack. I know I am his mother, but she thinks I'm her toy chewy too. Not sure what to do was sending signals incompatible with all the different methods I tried. Poor thing, is likely to be so confused. Please help.
