What is a health snack food for 4 – 10 year olds?
I need to cook/make a healthy snack food for 4 – 10year olds fo a food tech project and i don’t know what to make! does anyone have an ideas of what i could cook (it has to be easy and quick to make!

i also want something that i am able to put on a shelve a store for a long time, so no vegetables (unless they are cooked and put in a fruit bar or something)!
