Why do I have big breasts?

Why do I have big breasts? My breasts have started to become really big, when I turned 15 years and now I have 21, which obviously has increased in size, but r so big and fluffy like a cushion or pillow. Nobody in my family has saved my breasts like my twin sister and her boobs r just a smaller size than mine. Why some girls have big breasts? Is it all natural or is it because I'm more weight? if I lost weight they become smaller, by chance? have always been so great wondered what he should do to reduce by at least two sizes. I my breasts great, but I prefer a bit smaller. I will not have reduction surgery. but is there another way? Thanks
