Trying to figure out th name of an old movie?

It was made somewhere in the 90′s, it was for kids or teenagers. It was about these action figures who were fighting it out. i think it was called toy soldiers or something along those lines. the main bad guy was an army sergeant action figrue and the goody guy was like some animal action figure. i dont know. if anyone knows what im talking about, please help.
