What is the Pokemon Soul Silver EUR Celebi Event Action Replay Code?

I’ve tried searching everywhere for The EUR Celebi Event Code but None comes up…

Actually, there has not been a Celebi event in the world since 2006. Therefore, even in Japan, there have been no event Celebi that can activate the event for HeartGold and SoulSilver. The reason people can activate the event is because they have used programs like Pokesav to modify an ordinary Pokemon into Celebi. They then used the program to place a fateful encounter marker on the hacked Celebi so it will activate the event.

Alternatively, the hackers may also have used Action Replay to hack Cherish Balls into their games. They then used an Action Replay Pokemon Modifier code to encounter and catch Celebi with those hacked Cherish Balls, tricking the game into thinking that those Celebi were distributed at a Nintendo event, since Pokemon given away at events are contained in Cherish Balls. Celebi obtained through this process would also activate the event.

Since there are no event Celebi, there are no Action Replay codes for one. Code makers first need to see the event Celebi and analyze its data before they can make a code for it. Since there has not been an event Celebi for Generation IV, the code makers cannot make a code for it.

The first Celebi event for Generation IV will take place in Japan from July 10-September 30, 2010 to promote the 13th movie. It can activate the event in HeartGold and SoulSilver. Once the event occurs, the code makers will be able to create a code so you can obtain it, so look out for that code around that time.
