Some tips on how to make sushi rice? (Sticky )….? rice
I looked up and sushi rice does not seem to get much help on how to cook and to run things as they are in restaurants. Advice would be appreciated, thx! Yes I have the kind of cheap rice, I just need to know how cooking and other things … Ok thx … I have too many answers … Great, you have to ask this question to a vote … Thanks everyone! There is rice that special purchase in grocery stores or International markets.It rice sushi is usually called. Cook in a rice cooker for best results. Porter boil, cover and reduce heat to lowest possible to avoid burns. Simmer for 15 minutes without lifting the lid to see. Remove the rice fire and let stand for 15 minutes to steam. To avoid collection of water inside the lid and drip back into the rice, many people were a cloth between the lid and the pot to absorb water for smoking. With a wooden spoon, stir the rice often enough and spread to cool. Sprinkle sushi vinegar and use a spoon to stir gently in rice vinegar. The rice should be shiny and sticky, and each grain should be different. Transfer back to pot or bowl and cover to keep it moist and warm. I also struggled with sushi rice and trying to keep things Mark never worked until someone bought me a kit for x-mas with rice in it! Yum Good luck!
