How to make anime figures?

None of his links worked for me (I hope they are not malware), but you can make any shape you want to polymer clay … of those who are very realistic complex or simple, and completely in 3-D relief in 2-D so I do not know if you suggest that PVC is used, regardless of polymer clay, polymer clay, but PVC particles in the liquid Perhaps all he meant.
