What is this tv show title that air in the 90s?
The characters has british accents.
A girl with black dot tattoo on the side of her face and has a tiara that can be use as a weapon using the mind. She has a time travelling machine that sends her to earth. She meets a teenage girl her age with pink dyed hair. The machine gets stolen many times one from an old man and other time from villans I believe from the tiara girls world. There was one episode where they travel back time and they save themselves.
