Is there an anime character I can cosplay as?

I'm kind of light-skinned black. My eyes are brown, but the contacts hurt my eyes. The eye color is not really important. I can wear a wig too. I have not seen many anime, so I'm not sure that many black characters. I saw the anime: Bleach, Death Note, One Piece, Fruit Basket, and Higurashi. I read the Manga: Death Note, Inyuasha, Fruits Basket, One Piece, Full Metal Alchemist, and Love Hina. I just finished two series: Death Note and fruit basket. But no black character.
