FMA: Conqueror of Shamballa movie, when I look?

Does anyone know where (in terms of history and other things) Full Metal Alchemist Conqueror of Shambala fall? If I look at the first set of + seconds before seeing the film?

Conqueror of Shambala is a continuation of the first series Full Metal Alchemist. Look after the first series. No matter how long you have seen the end of Full Metal Alchemist. Brotherhood is not really any connection with the first installment. Not really see the first OVA. They Realations short and not really important film.
