The choice of alloy wheels and tires right?
I'll add a set of 16 inch alloys on my 1999 Civic soon and want to know how I will choose the right tire and the correct size tires. I'm looking for tires that offer good value for money and light (if that is the case with any brand). What are the best alloys are available in 16 "that are not too heavy?
