Can you color synthetic hair?
I am considering Jessica Rabbit as my Halloween costume. I can’t find the right color or style of wig that isn’t under $50 and would like to make a custom one using a blonde or white wig. Is there a way to color the strands?

No you cannot color synthetic hair. Simply because wigs made out of Fake hair is just string, that are made to look like real hair.
I would suggest getting color spray, A kind that you can just spray on
the wig or synthetic hair. The spray is found at Sally’s Beauty Supply the spray is cheap and washes off after a few washes.
