My wrist is really sore from capoeira, any suggestions?
My wrist is really sore from some spinning/flipping motions of capoeira, I’ve been resting it but it still kills. Any suggestions on how to alleviate the pain, and stop this from happening in the future?

Eventually, the muscles will get strong enough that they no longer hurt. Unfortunately, until they do it will continue to hurt. Tiger Balm will relieve some of the pain, but the only real solution is to continue conditioning your body.
