Need a little help in weight.?
I put some books on the Christmas / New Year break with all the things that happened to me and I have to lose to use my cosplay. Yamanaka Ino shippuden cosplay me if I need to have a very flat stomach, I have to bring (the convention is in June) I'm losing a little or belly before. i trained in the cosplay in my stomach just is not flat so it looks a little distant. if anyone has any advice to lose a few pounds or what foods are good to reduce anxiety and make you eat less.
Surely you need to reduce your calorie intake. Try to follow a diet of vegetables, fruits, lean meats, lots of water and whole grains. As for vegetables, the more the better, do not eat melon (It is harder to digest), go to the chicken, tofu, or Turkey, stay away from red meat, try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Oh, and definitely stay away from white starches. All they do is give energy peak and then fall. Whole grains are your best bet. whole grain pasta, bread, rice, cereals, etc. As regards sugar, do not cut completely. It abusing the final ends. If you must have sugar, try a square of black chocolate or jelly beans or sorbet. But keep to a minimum. For the year, the main objective is to get your heart rate. Try running, swimming, cycling, something cardiovascular. Try to exercise 3-4 times per week for at least 30-45 minutes, but remember to let stand a few days. It will be motivation and determination.
